Beverage Director Jordan Egan designed SIMONE’s wine list to complement Chef Largey’s bright, acid-forward flavors, with an emphasis on varietals like Riesling, Grüner Veltliner, and Pinot Noir from across Germany, Austria, France and California
Pastry Chef Nina Subhas plays with texture and flavor to frame local produce with distinct style. The dessert menu is available to enjoy in the dining room as well as the bar, as an accompaniment to your meal or on its own.
Duello’s whimsical, illustrated menu takes guests on a journey through the history of the Arts District via 16 cocktails. Bar Director Iain McPherson’s drinks are available both in Duello at the bar, as well as in the dining room at SIMONE. The full dinner menu is also available at the bar.
